History Month Guest Spotlight

As you know, it’s history month at my blog throughout October and whilst I’ve slacked in delivering the goods so far some fabulous bookstagrammers and bloggers have been slaving away over guest posts for you. History (noun) the study of past events, particularly in human affairs.


To me, history is our gateway into the past. Reading about historical events, whether it be in the form of a book, or a news article, even watching a documentary, allows us to fully immerse ourselves into the past and get to know it’s occupants.
For me personally, it’s medieval British history that has my heart; mainly the House of Tudor, which has long been my favourite historical period; for the time of King Henry VIII and his wives are more entertaining and engaging than…
